During the morning assembly, Aoi says that they have one week before they have to deliver the promotion video. This works if by "week" she is talking about the upcoming work week. The PV needs to be delivered by the 9th, a Sunday.
Aoi: "We've got one more week until the deadline for the PV."
After the morning assembly, Aoi holds a meeting with the PAs, sans Hiraoka, who has not arrived to work yet. When he does arrive, Aoi scolds him for not attending the morning assembly.
