The calendar on Aoi's desk shows October. The 8th is a Wednesday, and so on...

The company member watch the first episode of Exodus air together live and then either go home or return to their desks. Aoi, Tarou and Honda briefly chat about episode 3's rush check, which is scheduled for noon the "following" day (as in work day, midnight has passed by now).

Honda: "Finish updating the material for episode 3's rush check?" [...]

[...] Aoi: "Sure, it starts at noon, right?"

On the next work day, Marukawa (the president) holds the morning assembly, at which he confirms that the episode aired the day before.

Marukawa: "Exodus's episode 1 [...] aired last night."

These morning assemblies are shown fairly frequently. They are scheduled for 10:00, see November 6.

[Episode 7, November 6] Aoi: "We all have to be there by 10. The president is a stickler about morning meeting attendance."

The production staff inform each other of the agenda for the day. The relevant part is Honda's reminder about the episode 3 rush check. The events mentioned by Yano and Ochiai are never shown on-screen.

Honda: "Remember that today at 12:00, we're doing the all-rush of episode 3."

Yano: "Episode 7 cutting is scheduled for 17:00 today."

Ochiai: "At 16:00 we're doing a 3D check of episode 6."

At the rush-check for episode 3 (so around noon), it is revealed that Tarou messed up, and they have to find someone to do the keyframes for episode 3. Aoi, Tarou and Honda head to Segawa's and ask her for help. Aoi states they would need the missing keyframes by the morning after tomorrow, (the 5th). The keyframes are actually finished on the 8th.

Segawa: "When do you need the keyframes by?"

Aoi: "The morning after tomorrow, at the latest."

Segawa again confirms that the scheduled AD up deadline for episode 4 is "tomorrow".

Segawa: "[...] what will happen to episode 4?"

Segawa: "Isn't the AD up deadline tomorrow?"

Aoi, Tarou and Honda then return to the office. Aoi informs the various departments and then heads home.
